BACKGROUND:   Staff presented a “project issues report” at the August 21st Town Council meeting. This report was prepared based on letters and comments received to date from the community regarding the clubhouse project. Public comment was taken on the list of issues and based on this input the list was refined to include better clarification with regard to concerns about lighting and the overall economic need for the facility. At the conclusion of the August 21st meeting it was decided that staff would present responses to these issues at the September 4th and 18th Town Council meetings.

Thirteen issues regarding the project were discussed on August 21st. Due to the overlapping nature of some of the thirteen issues, they have been consolidated into nine topics to be discussed at the Council’s September work sessions.
